Born in Uruapan, Michoacán, Mexico, Victor Mucio is a fashion designer, specialist in fantasy costumes and haute-couture. He has participated in several events and fashion show runways around the world. His work has been exhibited in Mexico, Spain, Paris, Tokyo and Italy to name a few.
